They were professional and courteous from the very beginning of the process and offered valuable advice at the design stage and throughout.The bookcases are brilliant - just what we wanted and visitors often compliment our “library”. Mike built them in the flat to fit in with the 3.5m ceilings but did it in such a way that we should be able to take them with us when we leave.In addition he was very helpful in finding a cost effective and quick way of getting a library ladder to fit with the bookcase, and was happy to come in and make small modifications I did not originally envisage a few weeks later.
